Background

Lynelle is Vice President of Sustainability at Autodesk.  She leads the company’s efforts to transform architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing industries to design and make more sustainable products, buildings, highways and cities.  Under Lynelle’s leadership, Autodesk is ranked the #4 most sustainable company in the world according to Barron’s, achieved net zero carbon in 2021, and has consistently been a climate leader.  Lynelle had a similar role building a world-class sustainability strategy and team at Hewlett Packard.

She also leads Autodesk’s Crisis Management Team and is tasked with preparing the company and the workforce to thrive in the turbulent decade ahead.  As the founding CEO of the Autodesk Foundation, she has unlocked philanthropic capital as impact investments supporting entrepreneurs to accelerate the transition to a sustainable and resilient economy this decade.   She is a business strategist, systems thinker and connector with a track record spotting emerging trends, designing governance models, and building high performing teams.
