In her board and advisory roles, D’Anne leverages her CCO and CFO and Fortune 500 background, including audit oversight, SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, and international regulatory experience, spanning software, technology, medical devices, pharma/biotech, financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing.
