D’Anne is a SEC qualified financial expert and ESG authority with three decades of experience as a member of, and consultant to, corporate Boards of Directors. She regularly speaks and writes on the topic of board governance and ESG for prominent audiences such as the NYSE and NACD.

In her board and advisory roles, D’Anne leverages her CCO and CFO and Fortune 500 background, including audit oversight, SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, and international regulatory experience, spanning software, technology, medical devices, pharma/biotech, financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing.

Her board service has included two mutual funds, three public, and seven private corporate boards—including serving as Board Chair, Lead Independent Director, and Chair of Governance, Audit, Finance and Compensation committees—in cloud-based SaaS, technology, medical devices, pharma/biotech, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and manufacturing industries.
