Background
Celso is one of the world’s leading Operations/Supply Chain experts – covering Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, EH&S, Quality, and R&D. Until December, 2019 he served as Global Chief Supply Chain Officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company, a Denver-based brewing company with more than 50 breweries worldwide and $11 billion in net sales. His purview included manufacturing, R&D, engineering, quality, environmental health and safety, procurement, logistics and distribution. During his tenure, the global supply chain team delivered an average of $170 million per year in annual cost savings and developed innovations that helped drive $450 million annually in incremental NSR
He has more than 35 years of global experience in the food and beverage industry. Previously, Celso was VP/GM of Pepsi Cola Americas Concentrate Operations, overseeing $4.5 billion in net concentrate revenue, a $600 million operating budget and a $70 million capital budget. His background includes work at Silgan White Cap, M&M/Mars, and Campbell Soup Company where he led the development and commercialization of new product introductions in North America.
