Ms Monsef is Dean’s Executive Professor, Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University (SCU), CA were she designs and leads global programs (in country) to advance the economic empowerment of women. Tanya has extensive knowledge of the impact that climate has on marginalized communities and recognizes the power that businesses have to mitigate that impact. She has worked with leaders from 40+ countries.

Tanya brings her business knowledge having worked for 25+ years in Silicon Valley high-tech, startups, and non-profit businesses in the areas of finance, marketing, and strategy. She believes strongly in the power of authentic leadership as a tool to transform the world.
